Scope and operator
This policy covers the ningslab.com website and support email. PO KIN CHEUNG operates the Ningslab brand as an individual. Contact support@ningslab.com.
ForestLab is not publicly released on the App Store. GameAnalytics is planned for its first release, but SDK behavior, children’s data settings and actual iOS transmissions are still being verified. This is not the final data-practices statement for the unreleased App. App-specific privacy information and store disclosures will be completed against the actual version before App release.
Website connection information
Cloudflare Workers Static Assets serves the website and HTTPS. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, times and browser connection information to deliver and maintain the site and address security incidents. These service connection records are separate from on-device learning records.
This website has no member accounts, online feedback form, advertising or third-party tracking analytics scripts added by us. It does not automatically upload children’s progress or answers. Selecting an email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Support information and purposes
When you contact us, Namecheap Private Email processes your sender address, email headers, message and voluntarily attached files to receive, deliver and secure email. The operator uses these details to answer questions, investigate errors and handle data-rights requests, not for advertising or marketing.
A parent or guardian should contact support and provide only necessary details: the product, App and system versions, steps to reproduce a problem and screenshots with private information hidden. Do not send children’s real names, birthdays, schools, parent-gate credentials or unredacted full saves. Unnecessary children’s information received will reasonably be deleted or redacted.
Retention, providers and international processing
The operator manages support messages and attachments and manually deletes them within six months after a case is closed, except where applicable law requires retention. Cloudflare and email-provider security logs, backups and service information follow their respective policies; deletion from the inbox does not promise simultaneous immediate deletion of those copies. Providers may process information outside your location.
Choices and requests
You may read the site without emailing us. From your original sender address, contact support@ningslab.com to request access, correction or deletion of support messages we hold, or ask about data handling. We may reasonably verify the relationship to the original messages to avoid exposing or deleting another person’s information. An email request does not remotely retrieve or delete on-device game data. We will explain applicable legal retention requirements or other restrictions where relevant.
Changes
Material changes to data practices will update this page’s version and effective date, with notification or consent where applicable. Each App’s actual practices will be covered by its corresponding version-specific privacy policy.
