Operator and scope
PO KIN CHEUNG operates Ningslab as an individual. Contact support@ningslab.com. These terms cover the ningslab.com website, product information and general support. They are not the final terms for an unreleased App. Each App’s downloads, licence, features and data practices are described by the applicable store and App documents.
Products and content
ForestLab is preparing for its first release. There is no public App Store or TestFlight download link. Planned features do not imply availability; the released version and store listing determine what is offered.
Website content, software, lessons, images, audio and brands remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may read the site for personal and family purposes. Except as permitted by law or separately authorised, do not impersonate the brand, bulk-copy for resale or distribute unauthorised material. You retain your legal rights in original content you provide.
Support and reasonable use
Provide necessary product, version and problem steps, after redacting private information. Do not send credentials or unnecessary children’s information. Do not use the site or support channel to distribute unlawful content, infringe others’ rights or disrupt services. The privacy policy describes support-data purposes and retention.
Rights, responsibility and changes
We will reasonably maintain the site and handle issues, without promising error-free information, uninterrupted service or a particular response time. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability. Material changes will update the version and effective date, with notice where applicable.
